What is building compliance testing?
It is the inspection and testing of the systems that keep a building safe: emergency lighting, fire alarms, the electrical installation (a periodic inspection report), portable appliances (PAT testing) and water systems for Legionella (L8 testing). Our team tests on site anywhere in Ireland and reports back to you in writing.
Do you take on electrical maintenance contracts?
Yes. We provide planned maintenance for single buildings and for large contracts nationwide, so you always have one contractor to call. Contracts can cover electrical work, compliance testing, fire alarms, emergency lighting and security systems.
Do you install and service fire alarms and emergency lighting?
Yes. We install, service and test fire alarm and emergency lighting systems for commercial and residential buildings, on their own or as part of a maintenance contract.
